THE EMPRESS IN THE PEPPER CHAMBER

This book is about Zhao Feiyan and Silk Pillow writings so the author felt that the cover should feel, "rich, powerful, and dramatic". A large aspect of this project was image research to find a historical painting or drawing of a man and a woman in an intimate setting.
